The exact cost of any service will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter and fee are generally set on the basis of the hourly rate of our Solicitor £250 and how long the Solicitor believes that the matter will take. We also charge a higher fee for more complex matters and there are other charges in any case which are paid to third parties such as court fee etc which will be confirmed to you. Please note that all prices will be agreed before any work is carried out.
